What Domiciliary Care services do we provide?

At Rally Care, we do not operate a one-size-fits-all service for all our clients. Everyone is accessed individually as we clearly understand that their needs are different, and so we provide a flexible domiciliary care services that are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
We have the flexibility of support package to clients at their home, or simply assisting with accessing the community, short- or long-term basis.

Accessing the community, including attending and scheduling appointments, taking, and collecting medications as required. Assist with household chores, including laundry, ironing, and general tidying.

Outdoor activities and social outings such as going for walks, bingo, visiting friends and family, and attended religious spaces and clubs.
