The Management are committed to thorough staff training, we have become a successful and efficient team over the years since being in operation.
A high proportion of full-time staff have been trained in care and all Carers attend regular short courses including but not limited to –
- Health and Safety
- First Aid
- Food Hygiene
- Moving and Handling
Staff training is on-going and reviewed on a regular basis.
